Filet

7 oz center cut tenderloin, Served with a side of Bernaise Sauce.

Prime Rib

Aged Prime ribs, slowly roasted for 6 hours - basted in their own juices  

             We aim for Medium rate at 5 pm.  While it last     10 oz cut   

Chookie

Tender chicken breast, over long grain and wild rice. with asparagus and smothered with Bernaise.

Barbeque Ribs - Smoked

Loin Back Pork Ribs, Slowly smoked to create a tender Juice Rib, just for the Cork, 

Served with our Smokey BBQ Sauce and choice of Baked Potato or daily vegetable mix. 

Walleye

Northern Minnesota  Battered and Deep fried.  Server with choice of Cocktail or Tartar Sauce. 

Choice of:   Broiled or Beer Battered. 

Shrimp Scampi

   Broiled Jumbo shrimp with Garlic butter and spiced croutons

Penne Primavera 

Crisp veggies blended with a mild garlic cream sauce topped with fresh parmesan 

Penne Con Pollo

Grilled Chicken breast, crisp veggies blended with a mild garlic cream sauce topped with fresh parmesan
